Landing pages are custom pages on your consultation hub that group related consultations together. You can use them to create themed or topic-specific sections: for example, a page showing only planning consultations or environment consultations. Landing pages are filtered by interests, so consultations tagged with matching interests will appear automatically.
The Landing Pages Tab
- Go to Consultations in the main navigation.
- Click the Landing Pages tab below the summary cards.
The tab shows a table listing all existing landing pages.

Creating a Landing Page
- From the Landing Pages tab, click New Landing Page.
- The Create Landing Page form opens.
- Complete the required fields and click Save Changes.

Required Fields
Page Details
- Title: the name of the landing page, shown as the page heading.
- URL: a short identifier used in the page's web address. Generated from the title, but can be edited.
- Description: the main body content of the landing page, edited using the rich text editor.
Optional Fields
Show on Navigation
Toggle Show on Nav to add the landing page to your hub's navigation menu. When this is enabled, a Nav Title field appears. Enter the label you want shown in the navigation: maximum 30 characters. This field is required when Show on Nav is turned on.
Page Banner
Upload a banner image to display at the top of the landing page. Click or drag an image into the Page Banner upload area.
Interests
Assign interests to the landing page to control which consultations appear on it. Only consultations tagged with at least one of the selected interests will be listed on this page.
To add an interest, type in the Add Interest field and select from the dropdown, or type a new name to create one. Click the x on an interest chip to remove it.
Note: If no interests are assigned, the landing page will not filter consultations. Make sure interests are also applied to individual consultations for the filtering to work. See Creating a Consultation and Editing Consultation Details for how to tag consultations with interests.
Editing a Landing Page
- Go to the Landing Pages tab on the Consultations index.
- Click the landing page you want to edit.
- Make your changes and click Save Changes.
Deleting a Landing Page
Deletion options are accessible from the landing page listing table. Click the ellipsis menu (⋯) on a landing page row to see available actions.
