Questions that have been deleted from a survey can be restored to the survey. Restoring a question will return the question and its answers to the survey.
- In the Design tab of the survey editor, choose the Options menu and then Restore Questions
- You’ll be presented with a list of all the questions that have been deleted from the survey
- Tick the box of the question(s) you wish to restore
- In the drop-down menu under Restore to, choose the page you want the question(s) to be restored to (note: the question won't necessarily be moved back to the old order)
- Click Restore Questions
What will be restored: Question Content, Type and Answer Data
What will not be restored: Location in the survey, any associated skip logic
