Signing Up For a Free Or Trial Account

The process to either sign up for a SmartSurvey account or upgrade your account takes just a few minutes.

Signing Up to SmartSurvey

To use SmartSurvey, you’ll need to create a free account regardless of which plan you intend to subscribe to.

Click the orange Get Started button that appears at the top-right of every page on our website, or click the same button on the centre of our home page.

1. From here, Choose your account:
   • Basic - Our Free-forever account.
   • Professional Trial - Try the features of the professional plan for two weeks.
   • Business Trial - Try the features of the professional plan for two weeks.
   • Enterprise - if you need to trial our most advanced and fully-featured plan, then contact sales to request a trial and they'll be happy to assist.
2. On the following  'How will you be using SmartSurvey?' page, click Personal, Not-for-Profit, Government, Academic, or Business
3. Enter your details into the signup form and click Complete Registration.
4. We will need to verify your email address. to do this, we will send an email to that address with a specific link in it, which you need to click to confirm the verification. If the email has not arrived after 24 hours, contact support.
5. Once the account is verified, click the green Login button to log in to your account.
