Page Randomisation

Randomising the order in which questions and pages appear in a survey is a technique used to avoid 'order effect’. This is a type of response bias where answers given to earlier questions could influence the way people answer later questions. 

Randomising Page Order

To randomise page order:

1. Go to the Settings page of your survey.
2. On the left hand Survey Settings menu, select Page Randomisation.
3. Under Page Randomisation, select No randomisation, Randomise pages or Flip pages
4. Under Randomisation Settings, choose whether to randomise all pages or selected pages. If you choose Randomise Selected Pages, check the pages you wish to randomise.
5. Click Save Changes.
