Managing Large Surveys

If your survey contains a lot of questions, multimedia or answer choices, it can be difficult to build and organise. SmartSurvey offers the Organise view to make this easier.

Using the Organise View

To manage your survey:

1. Whilst in the Survey Design page of your survey, click on Organise in the white navigation bar.
2. Optionally, click the Hide Questions button to make the survey easier to navigate.
3. Click, hold and drag any question or page to reorder your survey.
4. When you are happy with the order of the questions and pages, click Save Changes.
