Increasing Your Account's User Allowance

Business and Pro Account Users

If you are on a Pro or Business Individual account and you wish to start using SmartSurvey as a team, then you will need to upgrade to a Business Teams account. You can find out more about how to do this in the guide Changing your Paid Plan.

By default, Business Teams plans come with 3 users, however you can add more at any time by contacting us! Because this will count as “Changing to a higher plan”, all the usual conditions relating to payment term and billing dates will apply. See Changing Your Paid Plan for more details.

Business Teams Users

As mentioned above, upgrading the number of users on your Business teams plan can be done by raising a support ticket. 

 

Unlike changing to a higher plan, when you add extra users to an account, the billing date will not be changed. Instead, the cost of the initial upgrade will be pro-rated based on the length of time between the purchase date and the next billing date.

Enterprise users who want to add more users

Account holders on Enterprise plans looking to make changes should contact us either by raising a support ticket or contacting their account manager directly.
