The final page of a survey can be customised to align with the message you want to leave your respondents with. This can be done in Survey Settings or via Link Settings for a tracking link.
Editing via Survey Settings
Changes made via this method will only affect users arriving via the Default Web Link tracking link
- From the Home page, click on My Surveys located in the blue navigation bar to the left of the page
- Select the Survey you want to edit by clicking the surveys title from the All Surveys box. You can alternatively click the Build icon from the survey box
- Click Settings from the white navigation bar on the left of the page
- Clicking on Finish in the menu on the left will give you the options below
- Be sure to read the below options, and once you're happy with your choices, click the green Save Changes button
All respondents who complete a survey (except disqualifications) will see the page that you can edit here. The two boxes allow you to edit the heading and page content. The page content can be edited using the WYSIWYG editor or HTML can be added via the Source button.
Clicking Enable Redirect to On will activate the automatic redirect function.
On arrival at the final page, the respondent will be redirected to the URL defined in in the “Address (URL)” box. The URL can be anything, even the tracking link for the survey if you want the survey to loop back to the start once it's complete. (useful for where the survey is on a kiosk or similar situations where a single physical device will be collecting multiple responses).
Jump After allows you to set a delay for how long the final page will wait before redirecting - default is set to 5 seconds but you can change this by simply entering another value
We recommend a minimum of 10 seconds to ensure the respondents have enough time to read your thank you message
Users who are disqualified from the survey via Skip Logic, can be redirected to the URL entered in the Address URL box. This will be loaded after the message set on the disqualified page.
Clicking the checkbox will activate a feature where respondents can print their survey response after completion. The text on the button can be edited via the box.
