Editing Disqualification Messages

You can limit certain respondents from completing your survey. This allows you to collect responses only from a subset of users that have the correct criteria.

Adding a custom disqualification message explains why users are not able to access the survey.

Including a Disqualification Message

To create your disqualification explainer:

  1. Go to the Collect page of your survey. This is located in the white navigation bar at the top of the survey editor
  2. Under Tracking Links, click on the name of the tracking link you wish to edit. Alternatively you can click the Settings icon next to Preview that appears when the box is hovered over
  3. On the left of the pop-up box under Advanced Options, click Messages
  4. Scroll down to the box marked Disqualified Page
  5. Type your Title and Message
  6. Click the green Save Changes button
