You can limit certain respondents from completing your survey. This allows you to collect responses only from a subset of users that have the correct criteria.
Adding a custom disqualification message explains why users are not able to access the survey.
Including a Disqualification Message
To create your disqualification explainer:
- Go to the Collect page of your survey.
- Hover under Tracking Link Name and click the Settings icon next to Preview.
- In the top left of the pop-up box, select Toggle Advanced Options, then Messages.
- Scroll down and check the box next to Disqualified Page.
- Type your Title and Message
- Click Save Changes.
