Editing Disqualification Messages

You can limit certain respondents from completing your survey. This allows you to collect responses only from a subset of users that have the correct criteria.

Adding a custom disqualification message explains why users are not able to access the survey.

Including a Disqualification Message

To create your disqualification explainer:

  1. Go to the Collect page of your survey.
  2. Hover under Tracking Link Name and click the Settings icon next to Preview.
  3. In the top left of the pop-up box, select Toggle Advanced Options, then Messages.
  4. Scroll down and check the box next to Disqualified Page.
  5. Type your Title and Message
  6. Click Save Changes.
