Warning: Deletion is permanent.
To delete your custom survey theme:
- From the Home page, Choose Themes from the Libraries option in the blue nav bar
- Hover your mouse over the theme you want to Delete
- Click the Delete (rubbish bin) icon
- In the Delete Theme dialog, type DELETE to confirm
- Click Yes
