To speed up the creation of a survey, you can copy any question, and use the copy as a basis for a new question. You can also move questions within your survey. This article describes both.
How to Copy a Question
To copy a question:
- Go to the Survey Design page of your survey.
- Locate the question you want to copy.
- On the right-hand side of the question, click the Copy Question menu item.
- When the confirmation pop-up appears, click Yes to confirm.
The new copy is inserted below the original question.
How to Move a Question
Use the Move Question menu item to re-organise your questions using a drag-and-drop interface.
To move a question:
- Go to the Survey Design page of your survey.
- Click the Move Question menu item located to the right of your question you wish to move.
- On the Organise Survey screen, hover your mouse over the question you want to move.
- Drag the question to its new position.
- Repeat the process for any other questions you wish to move.
Click the green Save Changes button to save your survey.
