Confirmation Emails: If you don't receive a confirmation email when you upgrade or make any other change to your subscription, please check your junk folder. It may also help to add the sender to your safe senders list.
You can view your billing details, including details of your price plan, billing information, receipts, and previous transactions, in the My Account section.
These details are stored separately to the account details as in many organisations it's not the same person who uses the account who also arranges paying for it. If you want to update details for the account user, see Changing Your Email, Password, and account details.
Viewing Your Billing Details
To view your details:
- In the Account drop down menu in the black navigation bar, go to My Account.
- Under My Account, click Billing.
- To view a previous invoice, click the Open icon next to the transaction you wish to view.
Updating Your Billing Details
ecause most details on a tax invoice cannot be changed after it has been issued, it's important to ensure that these are kept up to date, particularly for users on plans where invoices are issued automatically on the renewal date.
Business Annual & Teams Plans
To update your billing details, go to "My Account" , Choose "Billing" from the menu on the left, and then click "Edit Billing Details" towards the bottom of the page.
You'll see this page open up:
Please note that you cannot change the Billing Address on a tax invoice once it's been issued due to HMRC rules, but if you are unable to add the PO Number before the invoice is issued, you can add it from the Billing Page afterwards, and then download a PDF containing the updated details.
Adding a PO
To add a PO, simple enter it in the box as part of editing the billing details as shown in the image above. If the box is filled, you can check a tickbox to keep using that PO number every year if that's appropriate.
You will receive an Invoice PDF by email as well as a link to open your hosted invoice page.
Enterprise Plans
To update your billing details, go to "My Account" , Choose "Billing" from the menu on the left, and then click "Edit Details" You'll see this:
Make any required changes in the boxes, then save the changes using the "Save Changes" button
Viewing and Downloading Monthly Receipts
You can view or download a PDF of each monthly receipt by visiting the billing page and scrolling to the bottom.
