Transferring surveys from one user account to another allows different users to work on and issue the same surveys. This is useful if you have more than one person working on a survey campaign.
Sharing Surveys to Different User Accounts
To share a survey:
- In the Account drop down menu in the black navigation bar, select User Management. This will only appear for Business or Enterprise Team Master Accounts or User Managers
- Click the Settings Icon (Cog) next to the user who created the survey.
- Under User Data, select Surveys.
- Find the desired survey in the list then click Transfer or Copy, as desired.
- Use the User drop down menu to select the person you wish to share the surveys with.
- If copying, you can use the New Title box to give the new syurvey a new name.
- Click Yes.
The shared surveys will now appear on the Surveys page of the second user.
Important. Email Invitations cannot be transferred along with surveys. If you have a Survey with an incomplete or scheduled Email Invitation associated with it, you need to delete the Invitation before transferring the Survey.
