Survey Response Notifications

If you want to be alerted whenever a response to a survey is completed, you can switch on response notifications. This will send an email alerting you to each incoming response.

Switching on Survey Response Notifications

To turn on notifications:

1. Go to the Collect page of your survey.
2. Click on the Tracking Link Name of the tracking link you wish to modify.
3. In the pop-up box, select Link Settings.
4. Check the box next to Email Notification.
5. Type the email address you would like notifications to be sent to.
6. Click Save Changes.
