If you have sent invitations to complete your survey to a contact list, you can set up alerts to tell you who has responded.
This is useful for monitoring responses, and deciding if you need to send a reminder.
Setting up Survey Alerts
To create an alert:
- From the Survey Editor, click on Settings in the white navigation bar to the left of the page
- Under the left hand Survey Settings menu, select Features
- Toggle Email Notification
- Click the green Save Changes button
To view responses:
- Go to the Home page
- In the blue navigation bar to the left of the page, hover over Libraries and select Address Book
- Under Contact Lists, click on the name of the list you wish to edit
- Under Actions: select the orange Invitations button
- Click View Result on the far right of the invitation box, under List of Mesages
- Under Status, each contact who has completed the survey will be marked Responded
- To view their responses, click the View Results icon under Action
If you have set responses to Anonymous in your invitation, you will not be able to see who has responded and who has not.
