If you have sent invitations to complete your survey to a contact list, you can set up alerts to tell you who has responded.
This is useful for monitoring responses, and deciding if you need to send a reminder.
Setting up Survey Alerts
To create an alert:
- Go to the Settings page of your survey.
- Under Survey Settings, select Features.
- Under Email Notification, check the box next to Enable Email Notification.
To view responses:
- Go to the Dashboard page.
- Under Libraries, select Address Book.
- Next to the name of the list, click View.
- Under Actions, select Invitations.
- Click View Results next to your invitation.
- Under Status, each contact who has completed the survey will be marked Responded.
- To view their responses, click the results icon under Action.
If you have set responses to Anonymous in your invitation, you will not be able to see who has responded and who has not.
