Sharing a Theme with Sub-Users

Master users on multi-users can make their themes available to sub-users on their account.

This is beneficial in maintain a corporate identity, for instance, or applying consistent accessibility standards.

How to Share a Theme:

1. Navigate to the Themes Library.
2. Open the Theme you want to share with Sub-Users.
3. In the Theme Settings, on the left, choose “Yes” from the drop-down headed “Share to Sub Accounts”
4. Click “Save Changes".

The Theme will now be available to all sub-users on the account. This will not appear in their theme library, but will be available for selection on each survey from the Theme settings.

If you need to give the sub-user more control over a theme, Themes can also be copied between users.
