Copying or Transferring Themes to User Accounts

Copying a theme from one user account to another allows you to make surveys created by different account members look the same. This is useful if you have different people creating surveys under a single campaign, or if you want to brand all surveys with a consistent layout.

You can also transfer themes between users.

Sharing Themes to Different User Accounts

To share a theme:

1. Click on the Circular Portrait to the right of the white navigation bar at the top of any page, and select Users. (This will only appear for Business or Enterprise Team Master Accounts.)
2. Click the Name of the user who created the theme
3. Under User Data on the left of the screen, select Themes
4. To the right of the theme you wish to use, click Copy or Transfer, as desired
   
5. Use the User drop down menu to select the person you wish to share the theme with.
6. If copying, you can use the Rename box to give the copy a new title, if you wish.
7. Click Yes.

The shared theme will now appear in the user’s Themes library.
