How to Downgrade from a Trial Account to Our Free Basic Plan

Steps to Downgrade Your Account

1. Review Your Surveys Before Downgrading

Before making changes to your plan, we recommend reviewing your surveys to see if they include premium features.

Click here while logged into your account to check if any of your surveys are using features from the premium plan.

  • Surveys using premium features will be closed to further responses after downgrading.
  • Your data insights (responses) gathered so far will still be available to view.
  • To keep a survey open, remove any premium features before downgrading.

2. Go to Your Account Settings

Log in to your account and click on the Upgrade button—this can be found on either your homepage or account page.

3. Scroll Down to the Downgrade Option

On the plan selection page, scroll down to the bottom and look for the "Downgrade my account" button.

4. Confirm the Downgrade

Click the "Continue" button on the pop-up as you would have reviewed your open surveys in the steps above.

What Happens After You Downgrade?

  • You’ll be switched to our Free Basic Plan immediately.
  • Any premium trial features will no longer be available.
  • Your surveys using premium features will be closed unless the premium elements are removed.
  • Your collected responses and insights will still be accessible in your account.
