SmartSurvey lets you set restrictions on your survey as follows:
| Password Protection |
Restrict access to users with a password. |
| Set a Cut Off Time and Date |
Prevent survey completion after a particular time and date. |
| Max Response Count |
Prevent survey completion once a set number of respondents have completed the survey. |
| IP Access |
Restrict access by IP address - only respondents from the listed address(es) can respond to the survey. You can use CIDR addresses to define a range. |
Setting Survey Restrictions
To place a restriction on your survey:
- Go to the Collect page of your survey.
- Click on the Tracking Link Name of the tracking link you wish to modify.
- In the top left of the pop-up box, select Toggle Advanced Options, then Restrictions.
- Select the restriction you want to use.
- Click Save Changes.
