Send a Support Ticket

When you need help with your SmartSurvey account, our team is ready and waiting. Our ticket system makes it really easy to reach out to our team. You’ll automatically receive email updates when we respond to your enquiry.

Creating a Support Ticket

On the dashboard, on the lower left of the page, click the blue “Support Tickets” button in the “Need Help” box. This will open the support tickets portal.

  1. To create a ticket, Click “Open a New Support Ticket
  2. In the Subject field, type a title for your new query.
  3. In the Category drop-down list, select the nature of your enquiry.
  4. In the Message box, type your message. Try to include as much detail as possible, as this will make it easier for us to resolve your enquiry quickly.
  5. Click the green Submit Ticket button.

Getting Updates

When we respond to your ticket, you’ll get an email. If your query hasn’t been resolved, you can send us another message.

To check the progress of any ticket, or review previous tickets, click the View Tickets button under Support on your dashboard. The Status column shows whether your issue has been resolved.
