To set an export to be run on a scheduled or recurring basis, you must be on the Results tab of your survey.
From here you can choose the Export option in the white bar.
This takes you to the 'Export' page of your survey. In the “Create Export” area of the exporter page choose your 'Export Settings' and 'Customise' if needed.
Next click 'Email/Schedule'
By turning on the 'Send export by email' you can add the email address of recipients.
Clicking the option switch for “Schedule export" will open the scheduling options:
Repeat Every: Set frequency at which the export will be run. You can set a number of days, weeks, or months to be the frequency. Choose “One Time”, for the export to be a one-off.
Start date and time: Set the time and date when the first export will run.
Ends: Set whether a recurring report will carry repeating in perpetuity, or end after a certain number of occurrences.
Once you have set your schedule options, Click the green “Schedule” button to start the schedule. The first export will take place at the time set in the “Start date and time” boxes.
Any scheduled exports are stored in the 'Export' page, or they can be found in 'Libraries' and then 'Downloads'.
Please note: the option to set-up a scheduled email when you are on a trial is not available, but it will be when you subscribe to the paid plan.
