By default, surveys are set to allow multiple responses. Sometimes this is not ideal, as this would allow the same respondent to answer the survey more than once.
Disabling Multiple Responses
To change the default setting:
- Go to the Collect page of your survey.
- Click on a survey tracking link.
- On the left-hand side, select Link Settings.
- Deselect the check box under Allow Multiple Responses?
- Click Save Changes.
If you have respondents who may be using the same devices you can distribute your survey with the email tool. This will generate individualised links which will only allow one response on that specific link regardless of device. The email tool is available on our Business and Enterprise plans.
