Prevent Indexing

Preventing your surveys from being indexed by search engines ensures they are not discoverable through platforms like Google, Bing etc.

To prevent your survey from being indexed:

1. Log in to your SmartSurvey account.
2. From the Home page, click on My Surveys and select the survey you wish to edit. This will take you to the survey editor.
3. Go to the Build page of your survey.
4. Click on the Settings section in the white navigation panel on the left-hand side.

Next, go to Security Settings:

1. Within the Settings menu, select Security.
2. Find the option to Prevent Indexing.
3. Toggle the setting to On.
4. Click the green Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.

This setting helps protect your survey from being publicly searchable online.
