Logging into User Accounts

Master Account holders can log in to any other team member accounts to change settings or to work on surveys within that account.

Accessing User Accounts

To log into a team member's account:

1. In the Account drop down menu in the black navigation bar, select User Accounts.
2. Click the Login As symbol next to the user whose account you wish to access.
3. Select Yes.
4. While you're logged in as the sub-user, you'll see a yellow bar at the top of the screen. To switch back out of the user account, and return to your own, click Switch Back to Master Admin in this bar.
