The Save and Continue feature allows a respondent to come back to finish their survey if they haven't completed it all in one go. Although the link to their incomplete survey should be sent to the respondent automatically, there are a number of reasons why a respondent may need their link sending again - you can do this manually by following the steps below:
- Open the survey and click Results from the main navigation bar.
- in the "Overview" box on the left, click "View Partial Responses".
- This brings up a page where you can view all the partial responses from your survey. For users that have used Save and Continue, there will be a Link box with their details in the top left menu (circled in red below).
- Copy the contents of the Link box, and send directly to your respondent - they will be able to click on the link to finish the survey.
