Adding User Accounts

Having more than one user account allows different people in your team to work on surveys and campaigns at the same time.

Creating a User Account

To create a new account:

  1. In the Account drop down menu in the black navigation bar, select User Accounts.
  2. Click Add New User.
  3. Under Login Details, create an account log in with the new user’s email address and a password.
  4. Under User Details, fill in the new user’s name and contact number (optional).
  5. Under Response Limits, set the maximum number of survey responses you want the new user to be able to receive per month.
  6. Click Save Changes.
