To unsubscribe from SmartSurvey promotional emails, you can either click the link at the bottom of a newsletter you've received from us or edit your account preferences by choosing No for the Newsletter option, as illustrated below.
If you have been receiving emails from a SmartSurvey user inviting you to take part in surveys that they have created or are managing, you can opt out of these by clicking a link in the email invitation they have sent you. This will be effective only for the emails sent from that particular SmartSurvey Account.
