Logging in
To log in to your SmartSurvey account, go to app.smartsurvey.co.uk and use your email address and password to log in.
If you have set up Two-factor authentication, then you will be asked to complete this as an extra step.
Usernames
In the past, it was possible to use a defined username to log in, instead of the Email address. This feature will not be available after November 1st, 2020.
From November 1st, only email addresses can be used to log in, with their associated passwords.
