Finding a Save and Continue link for a Respondent

Sometimes, you may need to find the “Save and Continue” link that was emailed to a respondent who used this feature.

This can be caused by the respondent losing the email they were sent, entering the wrong email address, or the mail not being delivered.

You can find the link by navigating to the partial responses of your survey.

  1. Open the survey and choose “results” from the main nav.
  2. On the Results Summary, click on the number of partial responses.
  3. You’ll then see a page where you can view all the partial responses for your survey. For users that have used “Save and Continue”, there will be a box with their details.
  4. Copy the contents of the “Link” box, and send this directly to your respondent. They’ll now be able to click this to finish your survey.
