Upcoming Deletion of Older Exports

On the 1^st of August 2024, all exports created before April 1st 2024 will be deleted.

Surveys and Survey responses will not be deleted, only exports.

For recurring and scheduled exports, the schedules will not be deleted, regardless of when they were set up, but any exports they generated before the 1^st of April will be deleted.

If you need to retain any data that exists solely in these export files, you will need to download the file and store it outside SmartSurvey before the 1^st of August. There will be no opportunity to get the exports after August 1^st.

To summarise:

• All exports created before April 1^st, 2024 will be permanently deleted on August 1^st, 2024.
• Response data itself will not be affected.
• Schedules are not affected, only the exports they create.
