Editing a Scheduled Report

Important: This guide relates to previous versions of the SmartSurvey exporter and does not apply to the current exporter. Editing or changing the details of a scheduled report:

  1. Go to the Results page of your survey
  2. Click Export in the Survey Results menu
  3. In the menu on the right is a list of Latest Reports and below that, a list of Scheduled Reports
  4. Click on the Pencil Icon to edit your report in Scheduled Reports

This will bring up a dialogue box allowing you to change the following:


Report Name  Set the name of your report
Email Report  Set whether the report is mailed to someone when it is scheduled. With this box ticked, from the menu on the left, you can also set and change the recipients and the content of the email that is sent. See Editing Email Report Notifications for more details
Frequency  Set whether the report recurs on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, or is just run once
Start Date and Start Time  Set the first time the report is exported. If the report has already been run, this will set the next time the report will run
Recur Every  Set the recurrence interval in days, weeks, or months depending on what the frequency is set to
Re-Run  Set how many times the report will run before stopping
