Sharing Survey Results

Sharing survey results allows you to create a web link to your results page which can be viewed by respondents or other chosen audiences.

Creating a Shared Results Link

To create your link:

1. Go to the Results page of your survey.
2. In the Survey Results menu, click Sharing.
3. Under Results Sharing, click On.
4. Type a Password if you want to restrict access to the results.
5. Under Permissions, check the relevant boxes to indicate the level of detail people can view the results in, and what they can do with them.
6. Click Save Changes.
7. Copy the survey results link and share on your chosen platform.

Note - Any password you set here is one-way encrpyted and cannot be retrieved after it's entered, so ensure that you know what the password is. if the password is forgotten, a new password must be created.
